SURGICAL TECHNIQUES

IMPLANT EXCHANGE
Replacing existing implants with new ones—whether smaller, larger, or a different material—to achieve a refreshed and natural contour aligned with your aesthetic vision.
CAPSULECTOMY OR CAPSULOTOMY
Removing or releasing tight scar tissue around the implant to restore softness and symmetry.
POCKET REVISION AND IMPLANT PLANE ADJUSTMENT
When implants have shifted or the breast borders no longer appear natural, the pocket may need to be adjusted. In some cases, the implant repositioned to a different plane (such as from dual plane or submuscular to subfascial). WHAT TO EXPECT
Breast revision surgery is performed under general anesthesia and typically takes two to three hours, depending on the complexity of the case. Incisions are placed thoughtfully, often within prior scars or natural folds.

DAYS 0-3

MONTHS 3-6
